How to order hardware

We will soon be providing a way to order these phones online using your credit/debit card, however in the meantime any hardware orders should follow the procedure below.

• Send an email to sales@dial9.co.uk with details about which hardware you require. There are no minimum or maximum order limits, just request what you need. We aim to keep all products in stock at all times but in the case of unavailability we will let you know straight away.
• We will provide you with a proforma invoice for the products you have requested. This invoice will include all products you have ordered, our delivery charge as well as VAT at 20%.
• As soon as the invoice has been paid (electronic bank transfer only at present), your order will be shipped by 24-hour delivery.
