The software used by Dial 9 is a product developed entirely by our parent company, aTech Media, and offers a truly fantastic system which allows the customer to stay in complete control of their entire virtual phone system. The fact that this is developed so near by means Dial 9 is able to strongly influence the development of the system ensuring our customers requests are accommodated in future releases.

We utilise the best Dell-branded hardware available in order to provide a service which doesn’t let you down when you need it most. Our network & infrastructure is housed in a secure datacentre within the same building as the Dial 9 offices which means we’re positioned perfectly should the worst happen. A few stats:
- Diesel generators and UPS systems protect the whole datacentre including all our servers, networking infrastructure even the computers in our offices.
- Multiple air conditioning units are installed to guarantee control of temperature and humidity.
- VESDA (Very early smoke detection apparatus) is installed and tested regularly.
- FM200 fire suppression system.
- CCTV security system converting all entrances and exits from the building with 24-hour video recording.
- Biometric security for all persons entering the data floor.
- Multiple gigabit diverse fibre connections into the building
