If you’ve already got a phone number that you’d like to keep hold of and move to us, we can handle this process for you. We have agreements with a number of other communication providers allowing us to “port” your number from them to us without any interruption to your service. Who can we port numbers from?
Once your account is all set up, just give our team a call and we’ll talk you through the process. We’ll ask you for a few details about your account with the other provider and send you over a form which needs to be signed to authorise us to move your number. Once we’ve received the signed form, it usually takes between 10 and 14 days to have the number moved over. We keep you fully up to date at all times.
Migrating a number has a small one-off charge of £15 per number. We’ll talk all this through with you though when we start the migration.
