Dial 9 judged Best SOHO ITSP at prestigious awards!

News

The team at Dial 9 is proud to announce that we have received the award for Best SOHO (Small Office or Home Office) ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) at the 2020 ITSPA Awards. The coveted Awards celebrate innovation and best practice within the VoIP and Unified Communications industry.

In its twelfth edition of the event, ITSPA noted the record number of entries from across the sector and the excellent standard of this year's shortlisted finalists and entrants. This award recognises that Dial 9 delivers the most well-rounded product for small business customers, including feature-richness, good customer service, and of course, value for money. “We’re extremely proud to win the award for Best SOHO ITSP. We've always strived to deliver the best possible service for small businesses, and at a price they can afford,” said Dan Quinney, Head of VoIP, Dial 9.

The Internet Telephony Service Providers’ Association (ITSPA) embodies network operators, service providers, resellers, suppliers and consultants involved in a sector that is diversifying rapidly from just voice services to other innovative IP applications.

“Many congratulations to all the winners and the companies that were highly commended at this year’s ITSPA Awards” Eli Katz, Chair of ITSPA, said. “The ITSPA Awards have never been held in such difficult circumstances and, in this most challenging of years, I am delighted that the Awards have recognised some fantastic companies who have achieved great things in the past twelve months.”

The Awards were independently judged by Matthew Townend, Stephanie Watson, Ajay Shah and Dr Lucy Green, and evaluated on design, reliability, user-friendliness, innovation, price and value for money.

Tracey Wright, Director of Magrathea, the Awards headline sponsor said: “Despite this year’s virtual setting, the Awards continue to be the highlight of the industry calendar. Congratulations to all the winners in what was an incredibly competitive year!”
