Who are we?

A small company with big ideas, Dial 9 aims to provide the best VoIP phone services in the UK. We were established in 2011 and are a young, friendly and highly innovative company that is committed to providing the best possible service from our base in Dorset. We know the value of being able to receive help and support whenever it’s needed, and that’s why we take customer service so seriously.

    One thing that sets us apart from many other VoIP & telecoms companies is that our platform - Dial 9 Connect - has been developed in-house by our own enthusiastic team of skilled software & telecoms engineers. Many companies simply resell offerings from other providers or use other platforms over which they have no direct control. At Dial 9, we have the flexibility to mould and nurture our own offerings to meet the exact needs of our customers.

    Our web-based portals and mobile apps are also designed in-house with the needs of our customers in mind. We’re sure you’ll love using these and we’re always receptive to new suggestions or ideas.

    We’re a small business so we know that it’s important to you to keep your costs under control. That’s why we’ve created easy to understand pricing at a price point that’s affordable to you.
