Introducing Our Brand New Time-Based Routing Interface

New Features, News, and VoIP

We're excited to unveil a feature that many of you have been asking for: a completely redesigned time-based routing interface that makes managing your working hours simpler, more intuitive, and infinitely more flexible.

Why This Matters

Until now, setting up your call routing schedules often meant creating multiple separate time routes—one for weekdays, another for weekends, maybe a special one for early Friday closures. It worked, but it was cumbersome and time-consuming. We knew there had to be a better way.

What's Changed

Everything you need is now in one place. When you create a new time route, you'll be greeted by an elegant scheduler grid that puts you in complete control:

The new interface is beautifully straightforward:

  • All seven days at your fingertips – each day is clearly visible and ready to configure
  • Simple click-and-drag – just click and drag to create a time period on any day
  • Smart copying – hover over an existing slot and effortlessly copy it to the following days

Whether you operate traditional 9-5 hours Monday to Friday, have split shifts, close early on certain days, or run a completely unique schedule, this new interface adapts to you.

Why We're So Excited

The world of work has evolved dramatically. We've been hearing from more and more of you with creative, unconventional schedules that go well beyond the standard working week. This update is our response to that—a flexible, powerful tool that handles virtually any routing configuration you can imagine, all without the headache of managing multiple separate routes.

We'd Love to Hear From You

As always, your feedback shapes everything we build. If you have any questions, suggestions, or just want to share how you're using the new interface, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Here's to making your call routing as seamless as possible!
