Can I use voicemail with my call forwarding service?
Certainly. You can enable voicemail which allows you to receive messages when you don't answer calls that are forwarded to you. Your messages can be e-mailed to you or you can dial in using a 03 phone number to listen to them.
Can I forward calls to my mobile?
Yes - our call forwarding service allows you to forward calls to your mobile or to a UK landline.
What happens if I don't answer a call that's been forwarded to me?
If you don't answer a call in time, it may be forwarded to your voicemail box if you have configured it otherwise the caller will just continue to ring.
Is there a minimum term for this service?
No - you can cancel your service at any time. You'll need to pay up until the end of your current month but after that you'll be free to go elsewhere.
What happens when I use more than the included number of minutes?
If you use more the number of included minutes in your package, you'll just be billed for the number of minutes that you go over at our standard call rates.
Can I add more phone numbers to my account?
Yes - you can add more incoming numbers to your account at a cost of £2 per number, per month. These can be national or local numbers - you can choose. You can also add premium numbers which carry at initial set up fee.
