Are there are any contracts or commitments with your service?
We don’t tie you into any contracts. You can cancel your account with us at any time by getting in touch and you’ll just need to pay to the end of your current month.
Can I keep my existing phone number that I have with another provider?
Usually, yes. We have agreements with all the major telecoms providers and are able to move ("port") your number over to our service. If you’d like to migrate your number, you just need to get in touch and we’ll get a few details from you.
How long does it take to get set up?
You can sign up in less than 10 minutes through our website - just click the sign up link below. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be e-mailed with your login details and you’ll then be able to login and configure your phone system.
Are there are any upfront set up costs?
There are no set up costs. You’ll be charged each month based on the number of users that are allowed on your account.
Can I add or remove phones whenever I want?
Of course - your phone service can grow or shrink with you. You can add and remove phones at any time through our portal or by contacting us.
Do I still need my existing phone line after I move to Dial 9?
Dial 9 is a service delivered over your internet connection. If you use your existing phone line to enable your broadband service, you’ll need to keep your phone line.
