Adding a new call group

To add a new call group to your phone system, just click Create a new call group on the right hand side of the page.

You'll just need to enter a name for the call group, then assign any existing extensions or contacts to your members list, by clicking the Add button next to a specific extension or contact. If you have a large number of extensions and contacts in your phone system, you can use the search field above the list.

Any extensions or contacts already added to the list can be then removed simply by clicking the delete X icon to the right hand side.

Once you've finished assigning members, click Save, after which you can edit the call group to configure further advanced settings.
