Purchasing a new phone number

Clicking the Buy a new number link will present several options:

Geographic numbers
Non-geographic numbers
International numbers
Number blocks

Once you've purchased an available number, you'll be taken to the edit page for it, where you can configure of number options.

Purchase a geographic number

Geographic numbers are phone numbers that begin with 01 or 02 and are tied to a geographic part of the country. Enter a part of the country or an area code to search for numbers available in that region:

You'll find a list of numbers displayed; just click Buy this number next to the number you wish to purchase, then it'll be immediately set up in your account.

Purchase a non-geographic number

Non-geographic numbers are phone numbers that begin with 03 or 08 and are not tied to a geographic part of the country. Choose which type of number you'd like to add to your account from the list:

Then you'll be presented with a list of available numbers:

Select 03 numbers

Just click Buy this number next to the number you wish to purchase, then it'll be immediately set up in your account.

Purchase an international number

Purchase a number block

If you'd like a block of consecutive numbers, we can help. Get in touch with us via e-mail or call us on 0330 088 0900, and we can provide you with blocks of any size from 1 to hundreds.
