Adding a new follow

Clicking Create a new follow will allow you to add a new Follow to your phone system:

Enter the name for your follow, followed by any numbers you wish to add. Numbers called at the same time need to be added together, separated by ampersands. Between each set of numbers in the sequence, enter a length of time to try calling those numbers for (such as 30 seconds).

Finally, choose an option to forward unanswered calls to, if no one in the follow answers the call.

Once you've finished, just click Save at the bottom, after which you'll be taken to the edit area where you can configure additional options.
