Answering a follow call

If you are part of a call sequence for a follow, you'll hear a message when you first answer the call, explaining that you need to press 1 to accept it, or 2 to reject it.

This is to ensure that a caller doesn't accidentally reach your mobile or other voicemail service, and that the call is therefore kept within your Dial 9 phone system.

If you accept the call, any other attempts to call other numbers in the sequence will be ceased.
