Advanced Settings

The Advanced settings tab will allow you to configure several additional options for your number:

Edit number advanced settings

Firstly, you can enter a Caller ID Prefix, which will be prefixed to the caller's name for calls made to the number, which is useful for identifying the source of the call - especially when you have multiple numbers in use in your Dial 9 service.

Next, you can enable, or disable the option to pass through the original caller's number when forwarding calls, then finally, enter a Caller ID code (between 400 and 499) if you want to allow extensions to be able to choose the number as their outbound caller id by prefixing *400* as per the example above when dialling out.

You can also select to reject any anonymous calls to the number.

When you've made any changes to your number, click Update Number.
