What is the call cost lookup tool?

The tool allows you to find out how much it will cost to call an external number from your Dial 9 service.

Be aware, this only tells you the cost to call a number from our service so it won't apply to calls made from your mobile or other landlines.

How to access the call cost lookup tool

To access the call cost lookup tool you will need to log into the Dial 9 Portal.

If you are not familiar with this process a guide for logging into the Dial 9 Portal can be found Here.

Once you are logged into Dial 9 Connect you will see the option for Billing & finance.

Select Billing & finance and then select Call cost lookup.

Enter the number you wish to check the call cost for and press enter.

You will now see how much the call to that specific number will cost per minute. It will also tell you here if calls to this number are included in one or more of your call bundles. You will not pay for this call if your bundle still has minutes remaining when the call is placed.
