Purchasing a call bundle

What are call bundles?

Call bundles allow you to save money on your call charges by buying packs of minutes which will be deducted from when you make outbound calls.

With Dial 9 there are 2 types of call bundles available, extension call bundles and system call bundles.

  • Extension call bundles are only active for the extension they are linked to. An extension bundle has unlimited minutes to UK landlines and mobiles.
  • System call bundles can be used by any extension connected to the system and for forwards, providing there are minutes left to be used. System wide bundles are limited to 500, 1000, 2000 minutes and are only for calls to UK landlines and mobiles.

If an extension has a call bundle, that would take priority over a system bundle.

Getting started

Head to the Dial 9 Portal and log in using your Dial 9 username and password.

System call bundles

Once you are logged into Dial 9 Connect you will see the option for Billing & finance.

You can either select Billing & finance and then select Call bundles on the following page or just highlight Billing & finance and select Call bundles in the drop down.

You will be presented with a page showing the available call bundles, to add a call bundle to your account just select Add this bundle.

If you ever wish to remove a call bundle, you would press the Cancel this bundle option.

Extension call bundles

Once you are logged into Dial 9 Connect you will see the option for Extensions.

Select extensions and then select the extension you wish to set up the call bundle for.

Once you are in the extension details you can then select the call bundles option.

You will be presented with a page showing the available call bundles, to add a call bundle to this extension on your account just select Add this bundle.

If you ever wish to remove a call bundle, you would press the Cancel this bundle option.

Additional information

Minimum bundle term is 1 month, part months are not available. If a bundle is cancelled the bundle will still be usable and billed for until the bundle renewal date.
