E-mail templates

Within the E-mail templates area in your partner settings, you can view and edit a number of e-mail templates used for outgoing e-mails sent to phone system users in your partner account.

Each template in the list will show the name and a description with markers for partials (i.e. the header and footer which can be then reused across multiple templates).

Editing an e-mail template

Clicking on the name of the e-mail template or the edit icon next to it in your list will allow you to edit it:

You can update the text for the template as appropriate, inserting contextual variables and previewing your work as you go.
