Emergency services

Dial 9 provides a telecommunications service over the internet which means that in event of a power cut, network failure or maintenance with our infrastructure you would be unable to call the emergency services using any phones connected to our system.

We strongly recommend you ensure you have adequate provisions to be able to connect with the 999 service – a mobile or landline phone, perhaps.

If you change your address, please let us know your new address straight away so we can provide this to the emergency services in case you are unable to provide it during your 999 call.
