Call Bundles

Call bundles allow you to save money on your call charges by buying packs of minutes which will be deducted when you make outbound calls from this extension.

Adding a call bundle

You can add a call bundle to an extension by clicking the "Add this bundle" button at the bottom of the call bundle.

Once added to an extension, the call bundle will be chargeable for the full month. Call bundles will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

Cancelling a call bundle

You can select the "Cancel this bundle" option at any time during the month to stop the auto-renewal, the bundle will continue to work until the renewal date or until the minutes are used, whichever comes first.
