Extension Details

When editing an extension, you'll be presented with the same initial Extension Details tab that you see when adding a new extension, where you can update the Name, Username, Password, Outbound Caller ID, and recording option. You can't edit an existing extension's extension number, so in order to change it, you'll need to add a new extension then remove the previous one.

As well as the standard options, you can configure further features for the extension.
